§ 9217. Funding and Expenditure Authority. Funding for the criminal justice information systems network shall be appropriated by the Legislature as part of the budget for the Criminal Justice Planning Agency or its successor entity. Expenditure authority shall be the executive director of the Criminal Justice Planning Agency through consultation with the Supervisory Council. Source: PL 13-53, § 3 (117), modified.
