§ 9219. Penalty. It is a violation of this Act for a person to: (a) Knowingly access criminal justice information without authorization which is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or not more than one year imprisonment or both. (b) Knowingly disseminate criminal justice information contrary to this Act which is punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000 or not more than five years imprisonment or both.
