§ 9241. Willful Violations; Penalty. Any employer who willfully hinders or delays the director in the performance of his or her duties in the enforcement of this chapter, or who willfully refuses to admit the director to any place of employment, or who fails to keep or falsifies any record required under 4 CMC § 9232, or who refuses to make such records accessible or to give information required for the proper enforcement of this chapter, upon demand, to the director shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.
