§ 9243. Liability of Employer to Employee. Any employer who violates any provisions of 4 CMC §§ 9221 or 9222 is liable to the employee or employees affected in the amount of their unpaid minimum wages or unpaid overtime compensation, and in the case of willful violation, an additional equal amount as liquidated damages.
