§ 9304. Lottery Commission: Executive Secretary. (a) The Director of Finance or his designee shall be the Executive Secretary of the commission. The Executive Secretary shall be responsible for the administration of this chapter in a manner consistent with its provisions, as well as actions or directives of the commission. (b) The Executive Secretary’s duties include preparation of reports relating to lottery revenues, prize disbursements, and expenses of the commission. The Executive Secretary shall also provide logistical support to the commission through the Department of Finance or through such full or part-time employees of the commission as it deems necessary.
