§ 9305. Lottery Commission: Duties and Responsibilities. The Commonwealth Lottery Commission has the following duties and responsibilities: (a) To keep records of all official actions, expenditures, funds and revenues received, and all other commission business; (b) To license such persons engaged in the operation of the lottery as the commission determines will best serve the public welfare and convenience and promote the maximum amount of net revenues; and (c) To supervise and administer the operation of any lottery in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations of the commission.
