§ 9308. Lottery Commission: Reports of the Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary shall make a monthly report to the Governor and the legislature. The monthly report shall include the total lottery revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding month. The Executive Secretary shall also make an annual report to the Governor and to the legislature on the first Monday in November of each year. The annual report shall include a fiscal year account of funds received and expended, report of funds transferred to the Lottery Fund of the Commonwealth, and full and complete recommendations for such changes in this chapter as the Executive Secretary of the commission may deem necessary or desirable, if any.
