§ 9311. Lottery Commission: Personnel. The commission shall use such personnel as necessary from the Department of Finance or shall contract for such full-time or part-time personnel as necessary to implement this chapter. The departments, boards, agencies, instrumentalities, commissions or other governmental subdivisions of the Commonwealth shall provide assistance to the commission upon the commission’s request.
