§ 9314. Lottery Commission: Payment of Prizes. The right of any person to a prize is not assignable, except that payment of any prize may be paid to the estate of a deceased prize winner or to a person pursuant to an appropriate judicial order. The commission and Commonwealth government shall be discharged of all further liability upon payment of a prize pursuant to this section. Source: PL 3-60, § 13.
