§ 9315. Lottery Commission: Unclaimed Prizes. The commission shall establish the time and manner in which prize winners are to claim their prizes. If a claim is not made for the money within the time so established, all rights of the winning ticket holder shall thereupon lapse. Source: PL 3-60, § 15.
