§ 9355. Annual Report. The commission shall make to the Commonwealth Legislature and the Governor at the beginning of each calendar year a report of the administration of this chapter for the preceding fiscal year, including a detailed statement of receipts of and expenditures from the funds established or authorized in 4 CMC §§ 9353 and 9354. Annually the commission shall advise the legislature and the Governor of needed changes in the laws of the Commonwealth regarding compensation of workers for injuries sustained while working and shall provide data from other jurisdictions on amounts of compensation payable therein.
