§ 9414. Statement of Contribution and Expenditures. Every lobbyist receiving any contribution or fee, or making any expenditures for any of the purposes designated in 1 CMC § 9413 shall file with the Board of Elections a cumulative statement on or before January 15, for the preceding calendar year, containing at least: (a) The total sum of all payments made to the lobbyist; (b) The name and address of each person from whom payment in the aggregate amount or value of $25 or more has been received and the purpose of such payment; (c) The total sum of all expenditures made by the lobbyist for activities described in 1 CMC § 9413; and (d) Such other information and in such form as may be required by rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
