§ 9415. Employment of Public Officials as Lobbyists. It shall be unlawful for any person to employ, remunerate or compensate any elected official, appointed official or government employee as a lobbyist in any way whatsoever, unless the employer is a registered lobbyist, and without prior registration of an agreement showing all particulars of the employment including compensation, the nature of the employment, the name of person to be paid thereunder, and the amount of pay or consideration to be paid thereunder.
