§ 9417. Public Auditor: Rules and Regulations. The Public Auditor shall promulgate such rules and regulations, pursuant to title 1, division 9 [1 CMC § 9101 et seq.] as he may determine are necessary to effectuate this chapter. Any audit of the Board of Elections shall include an evaluation of compliance with the intent and purpose of this chapter. Source: PL 4-25, § 7.
