§ 9419. Penalties. Failure to comply with this chapter by any person subject to its provisions is a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment of not more than 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment. Source: PL 4-25, § 9.
