§ 9703. Application. This chapter shall apply to all departments, instrumentalities, agencies, corporations and authorities of the Commonwealth government whether established by statute or the Commonwealth Constitution. For the purposes of this chapter, “Commonwealth government” includes any political subdivision thereof. Source: PL 7-43, § 3.
