Declaration of Labor Dispute

Declaration of Labor Dispute. The officer shall establish a procedure for filing a declaration of labor dispute. Such a declaration may be filed by either party; provided, however, that if the dispute is with respect to reclassification, promotion, wages or wage-related matters, the declaration shall be immediately referred to the Civil Service Commission for prompt action.
