§ 9909. Schedule of Regular Meetings; Publication in Commonwealth Register; “Regular” Meetings Defined. Commonwealth agencies which hold regular meetings shall file in the Commonwealth Register a schedule of the time and place of such meetings. For purposes of this section “regular” meetings shall mean recurring meetings held in accordance with a period schedule declared by statute or rule. Source: PL 8-41, § 10.
