§ 9910. Notice. (a) The governing body of a public agency shall give written public notice of any regular, special or rescheduled meeting. The notice shall include an agenda which lists all of the items to be considered at the forthcoming meeting, and the date, time, and place of the meeting. Where possible, such notice shall appear in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the Commonwealth. (b) The governing body of a public agency shall file a copy of the meeting notice in its office at least 72 hours before the meeting. The notice shall also be posted at the executive branch administrative building and at the site of the meeting, whenever feasible. No governing body shall change the agenda, once filed, by adding items thereto without a recorded vote of the majority of the members to which the governing body is entitled.
