§ 9914. Minutes. The minutes of all regular and special and executive meetings of such boards, commissions, agencies or authorities shall be promptly recorded and such records shall be open to public inspection within 30 days after the approval of the minutes of the meetings; provided, that minutes of executive meetings may be withheld so long as their publication would defeat the lawful purpose of the executive meeting, but no longer. The minutes of a meeting should be immediately prepared for adoption at the next meeting. One copy of all approved minutes shall be transmitted to the archives of the Northern Marianas College.
