PART 1 RESERVED Commission Comment: The last paragraph of the findings and purpose section of PL 17-1 provides: It is the intent of the Legislature [that] the Commonwealth Law Revision Commission shall have discretion to adjust the numbering of code divisions, parts, articles, or sections affected by this Act as necessary to effectuate a reasonable codification of Sections 5 and 6 of this Act. Although PL 17-1 § 5 provides for renaming of Part 3 (Employment) of Division 4 to Part 1, the Commission elected to reserve Part 1 pursuant to the above and its authority under 1 CMC § 3806.
