(A) JobsOhio shall not make a contribution to any campaign committee, political party, legislative campaign fund, political action committee, or political contributing entity for any purpose whatsoever. (B) As used in this section, "contribution," "campaign committee," "political party," "legislative campaign fund," "political action committee," and "political contributing entity" have the same meanings as in section 3517.01 of the Revised Code.
