(A) The Rules of Civil Procedure, the Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Rules of Evidence apply in civil and criminal actions and proceedings before a county court unless otherwise specifically provided in the Revised Code.(B) The Rules of Appellate Procedure govern appeals from a county court to the court of appeals.
