Reference by judge

In a proceeding under sections 2333.09 to 2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the judge of the court of common pleas or the probate judge may order a reference to a referee agreed upon, or appointed by such judge to report the evidence or the facts.Such judge or referee may continue his proceedings from time to time, until they are completed.
