(A) No person shall be a bingo game operator unless he is eighteen years of age or older.(B) No person who has been convicted of a felony or a gambling offense in any jurisdiction shall be a bingo game operator.(C) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.(D) Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
