(A) No person shall alter a concealed handgun license or create a fictitious document that purports to be a license of that nature. (B) No person, except in the performance of official duties, shall possess a concealed handgun license that was issued and that has been revoked or suspended.(C) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of falsification of a concealed handgun license, a felony of the fifth degree. Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of possessing a revoked or suspended concealed handgun license, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
