The complaint described in section 3123.74 of the Revised Code shall be filed in the court as follows:(A) If the child support in arrears was ordered by a court in the county in which the property in question is located, in that court;(B) If the child support in arrears was ordered by a court of another state or by a court located in a county other than the county in which the property in question is located, the court of common pleas of the county in which the property is located.
