(A) When a warrant drawn on the county treasurer by the county auditor is presented for payment, if there is money in the county treasury or depository to the credit of the fund on which it is drawn, and the warrant is endorsed by the payee thereof, the treasurer shall redeem it by payment of cash or by check on the depository.(B) The warrant, and all information related to the presentment of the warrant, may be provided electronically to the county treasurer.
