[Repealed effective 10/09/2026 by H.B. 455, 136th General Assembly] Reports to department

Each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall report to the department of education and workforce, in the form and manner prescribed by the department, the following information: (A) The total number of students enrolled in the school; (B) The number of students enrolled in the school who are receiving special education and related services pursuant to an IEP; (C) The city, exempted village, or local school district in which each student reported under division (A) of this section is entitled to attend school; (D) Any additional information the department determines necessary to make payments to the school under this chapter.
