Executive director and staff of board - career colleges and schools operating fund

The state board of career colleges and schools may appoint an executive director and such other staff as may be required for the performance of the board's duties and provide necessary facilities. In selecting an executive director, the board shall appoint an individual with a background or experience in the regulation of commerce, business, or education. The board may also arrange for services and facilities to be provided by the department of education and workforce or the department of higher education.
