No current or former employee or current or former officer of a state university or college shall knowingly conceal any information from, withhold any information requested by, falsify any information to, or impede the work of any of the following:(A) A conservator, governance authority, or executive director appointed for the institution under section 3345.74 or 3345.75 of the Revised Code;(B) Any personnel appointed by the conservator or executive director under division (F) of section 3345.74 or division (B)(1) of section 3345.75 of the Revised Code.
