Chancellor to provide analyses and information on project

Before the higher education facilities commission acts upon a proposed project, the commission shall request of the chancellor of the Ohio board of regents : (A) A fiscal analysis of the college or university submitting the request, including the projected impact of a given project upon the institution; (B) An analysis of projected enrollments of the educational programs involved with the project as well as an overall institutional projection; (C) Any other information concerning the proposed project and its impact on the higher education environment in Ohio.
