As used in this chapter:(A) "Arts" includes but is not necessarily limited to literature, theater, music, the dance, painting, sculpture, photography, architecture, and motion pictures.(B) "Council" means the Ohio arts council created by section 3379.02 of the Revised Code.(C) "Professional artist" means a person who devotes a major portion of his time to practicing, performing, or teaching any of the arts.
