As used in sections 3770.23 to 3770.25 of the Revised Code: (A) "Sports gaming," "type C sports gaming proprietor," and "type C sports gaming host" have the same meanings as in section 3775.01 of the Revised Code. (B) "Lottery sports gaming" means sports gaming conducted by a type C sports gaming proprietor on behalf of the state lottery commission and offered through lottery sales agents that are licensed as type C sports gaming hosts.
