[Former R.C. 4303.234, amended and renumbered by H.B. 110, 134th General Assembly, effective 9/30/2021] B-2a, S-1, and S-2 permit holder and fulfillment warehouse regulation

All B-2a, S-1, and S-2 permit holders and fulfillment warehouses, as defined in section 4303.234 of the Revised Code, are subject to the following: (A) Audit by the division of liquor control or the department of taxation; (B) Jurisdiction of the liquor control commission, the division of liquor control, the department of taxation, the department of public safety, and the courts of this state; and (C) The statutes and rules of this state.
