Reapplying for examination

Both of the following may apply again under section 4713.20 of the Revised Code for admission to an examination conducted under section 4713.24 of the Revised Code: (A) An individual who failed to appear for an examination that the individual was previously scheduled to take; (B) An individual who appeared for a previously scheduled examination but failed to pass it.
