An individual seeking a registered applicant certificate shall meet all of the following requirements:(A) Be at least eighteen years of age;(B) Have at least a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence;(C) Submit to the chemical dependency professionals board a professional development plan that is acceptable to the board.
