Delegate selection; licensee fee

(A) Not later than sixty days after the "Dietitian Licensure Compact" is entered into under section 4759.30 of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with section 8 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the dietitian licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs. (B) The board may establish a fee for a licensee from a compact state for granting a compact privilege in accordance with section 3 of the compact. Last updated February 20, 2025 at 4:05 PM
