(A) No person shall act as a motor vehicle collision repair operator or motor vehicle window tint operator unless the person is registered in accordance with this chapter. (B) Any person or entity that conducts or attempts to conduct business as a motor vehicle collision repair operator or motor vehicle window tint operator in violation of this chapter performs an unfair and deceptive act or practice in violation of section 1345.02 of the Revised Code.
