(A) Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 503.42 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates division (C), (D), or (E) of section 503.42 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
