Written agreements with state agency, university or college or private or government entity

The director of job and family services or the director of children and youth may provide for a grant agreement entered into under section 5101.21 of the Revised Code to have a retroactive effective date of the first day of July of an odd-numbered year if both of the following are the case: (A) The agreement is entered into after that date and before the last day of that July. (B) The board of county commissioners requests the retroactive effective date and provides the director good cause satisfactory to the director for the reason the agreement was not entered into on or before the first day of that July.
