Independent opportunity plans

In accordance with rules adopted under section 5116.06 of the Revised Code, a lead agency shall provide for all of the following to occur:(A) An individual participating in the comprehensive case management and employment program undergoing an assessment of the individual's employment and training needs;(B) An individual opportunity plan being created for the individual as part of the assessment; (C) The individual opportunity plan being reviewed, revised, and terminated as appropriate.
