No person or government entity may reconvert a bed to be used for ICF/IID services if the bed was converted to use for home and community-based services under section 5124.60 or 5124.61 of the Revised Code. This prohibition applies regardless of either of the following: (A) The bed is part of the licensed capacity of a residential facility.(B) The bed has been sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to another person or government entity.
