Use of right-of-way

Unless otherwise provided by law, both of the following are prohibited:(A) The use of the right-of-way of a limited access highway for construction, maintenance, or copy change of a lawful advertising device;(B) The use of the right-of-way of any highway other than a limited access highway to construct, maintain, or service a lawful advertising device without the written permission of the appropriate district office of the department of transportation.
