In addition to the name prescribed by section 5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as United States route fifty, commencing at mile marker number thirteen and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that United States route and state route one hundred thirty-three within Clermont county, shall be known as the "LCPL Nicholas B. Erdy Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
