That portion of the road known as state route number nineteen, running in a northerly and southerly direction through the village of Green Springs within Sandusky and Seneca counties, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Jeremy S. Shock Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
