In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as interstate route seventy-five, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the Freeman avenue exit and the Hopple street viaduct exit, in Hamilton county, shall be known as the "William L. Mallory, Sr. Memorial Highway. The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name. "
