That portion of the road known as state route number seven, commencing at mile marker number thirty-one in Washington county and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the boundary of Washington and Monroe counties, shall be known as the "First Lt. Christopher Rutherford Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name. Last updated February 27, 2023 at 3:52 PM
