In addition to the designation of the road known as state route number forty-eight in section 5533.62 of the Revised Code, the portion of state route forty-eight located within the municipal corporation of Loveland only, shall be known as the "Captain Seth Mitchell Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
