The northbound portion of the road known as state route number fifty-nine, between the Kent road exit and the border of Cuyahoga Falls and Silver Lake, shall be known as the "Sergeant Bryan W. Large Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along that portion of the highway indicating its name.
